Circle G ranch for sale
On the photo you can see Elvis and a bit of Priscailla riding on the Circle G ranch in 1967. Elvis’ old ranch in Horn Lake is up for sale. Prudential Realty is handling the sale of the property and the asking price is US$ 6.500.000,- for the 154,5 acres of land. Elvis bought the property
in late 1966 for the sum of US$ 437.000,- , it was sold in 1977, the year he died. Today’s owners bought the property in 1980 and have tried to sell a couple of times since then. Prudential Realtor Rodger Motz says “so far we haven’t heard anything from any potential buyers. The ranch is located at the corner of Highway 301 and Goodman Road in Horn Lake. Flaming Star is planning on visiting the ranch on their forthcoming trip to Memphis in January 2010.
